Growers, please be sure to practice the Suggested Good Agricultural Practices for Medicinal Herbs. We offered training on that in April 2015 and the videos are posted on our YouTube channel. The draft publication on the topic is listed on another tab in this blog. We understand that sometimes you want to work in confidence or need personal assistance. We still offer that service on a limited basis. Please contact Margaret at Margaret_Bloomquist@ncsu.edu. She will be happy to assist you.

Hello my name is Alfred Billings. I own Monster Mountain Roots in North Carolina. I am a licensed dealer in ginseng. I buy and sell wild harvested roots. I also have a licensed ginseng nursery and grow and sell rootlets for transplantation. These include wild stock that I buy and replant. I replant all my roots under 15 years old or sell them to be replanted. I also am experimenting with growing wild ramps, wild red raspberries, and bloodroot. Anyone interested in purchasing these can contact me at email@example.com
